SIGN UP FOR THE SPECIAL NEEDS REGISTRY FOR EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS
The Atlantic County Office of Emergency Prepardeness has implemented the “Special Needs Registry,” it is a database of all County Residents that may need assistance during an time of a evacuation or any type of disaster. Residents that are in need of special services, such as those who are Oxygen dependant, Wheel Chair bound, etc can register on-line. Once a disaster hits the people with special needs can then be easily identified. Residents can register online at: www.aclink.org/oep/. Forms can also be picked up at the police station.
